Litigation Paralegal - Dallas, TX (4 Days In-Office, 1 Remote Day After Introductory Period) A growing boutique litigation in Dallas is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with attorneys handling sophisticated, high-profile matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume litigation docket from case opening through resolution Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents in Texas state and federal courts Maintain litigation calendars and track court, discovery, and filing deadlines Assist with discovery management, document production, and electronic discovery processes Organize case files, exhibits, hearing materials, and trial notebooks Coordinate deposition preparation and logistics Conduct legal and factual research using online resources and litigation tools Prepare correspondence and litigation support materials for attorneys Qualifications Minimum 6 years of litigation paralegal experience At least 2 years of Texas litigation experience with familiarity with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Strong experience with state and federal e-filing requirements Experience handling discovery production and e-discovery workflows Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, PACER/ECF, E-File Texas, and legal research platforms Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in prior roles Trial preparation experience preferred ***Quarterly bonus opportunity*** ***Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage*** ***401(k) with company match*** ***Paid parking*** Gym membership reimbursement Generous PTO and paid holidays Paid parental leave Hybrid flexibility after introductory period #J-18808-Ljbffr
